02 · Micro-perforating
Targeted degassing through the finest hole patterns.
Time and again, a micro-perforation of e.g. composite materials, papers and films becomes necessary for customer processes. Micro-perforations serve, among other things, the targeted degassing of special products during the process. A wide variety of hole patterns with warm and cold perforation are possible.
03 · Die-cutting
Die-cut parts with the finest contours.
We produce die-cut parts with the finest contours from base papers, base films, release liners, laminates, composite materials and much more.
We are happy to implement individual solutions – including the most demanding shaped die-cut parts from the most diverse materials.

04 · Slitting
Format cutting from the smallest to the largest format.
Format cutting from the smallest to the largest formats up to 455 cm in length, rewinding, sheet cutting, flexo printing, repackaging, ream wrapping and labelling. We also finish your own brands with a printing service, provide special pallets or cartons, and handle collection, storage and distribution of your goods.
05 · Winding
The narrowest widths, cleanly wound.
Many special films, special papers and composite materials are requested by our customers wound in the narrowest widths. We offer both parallel and cross-spool winding – overlapped or parallel, with any pitch possible. All material types can be processed, e.g. PP, PET, PVC, PE and PA.
