Our special coatings extend the property profile of films in a targeted way – for particularly robust, scratch-resistant surfaces or for rewritable applications. Many products are laminated onto steel and other metals.
We advise you on which coating suits your application and also supply combinations such as scratch-resistant films with a heat-activatable adhesive on the reverse.
Variants
Four coating types
Scratch-resistant coating
Hard, robust lacquer with high resistance to wear and scratches. Excellent properties against soiling and colour pick-up. Mainly laminated onto steel and metals – also available with a heat-activatable adhesive on the reverse.
Scratch-resistant & rewritable
Like the scratch-resistant variant, additionally rewritable in whiteboard style. The writing can be removed without residue. Laminable onto steel and other metal surfaces.
Matte coating
Single-sided matte coating as a stable base for a silicone or special coating. Alternatively usable as a reverse-side coating.
Transfer film
Matte or glossy coating developed specifically for transferring decors.
