Silicone-coated films.
The right release film for every application.
All films can be printed and are available in various carrier colours. We supply the products in widths from 20 mm up to approx. 2,200 mm. PET films from 19 – 75 µ, single-sided easy release or lightly graduated, are available up to a width of 6,500 mm.
In addition, various formats and round discs are available. Traverse-wound liners are also possible in order to achieve roll lengths of up to 60,000 running metres.
Siliconature brand world
The right film for every application
Siliconature offers a dedicated, specialised product brand for every carrier material – we advise you on the selection.
Silicone-coated liners made of BO-PET and A-PET. High mechanical strength, temperature resistance above 160 °C and dimensional stability – ideal for critical PSA applications.
Silicone-coated liners made of polypropylene. Especially suited to premium release, bi-silicone liners and applications with low-cohesion adhesives.
Silicone-coated liners made of HDPE and LDPE. Where flexibility and elongation are required, PE is the ideal carrier – in various thicknesses and colours.
Fluorosilicone coatings on PET for applications with silicone adhesives and particularly low release values.
Silicone-free PET liners for applications where no silicone migration may occur.
Hard coating, matte coating (also writable) and antistatic coatings to reduce dust during processing.

Sustainability
A recycled liner with no compromise on release performance.
R-SILPHAN is the Siliconature brand name for BO-PET produced with rPET from post-consumer content (PCR). Thanks to a fully integrated supply chain, the liner can be extruded and siliconised starting from PCR flakes. The three coex film layers consist of 30 % rPET – certified to RCS 2.0:2017.
Coating processes
Two processes, perfectly matched
Process 1
Inline coating
Siliconised during the extrusion process.
- ✓High silicone polymerisationLow extractables
- ✓High subsequent adhesionFlat release at varying peel speeds
- ✓Extremely low back-side silicone contamination
Process 2
Off-line, solvent-free
rPET film combined with solvent-free silicone chemistry.
- ✓Particularly smooth silicone surfaceNo-label-look application possible
- ✓Low extractablesVery low back-side contamination
- ✓Light and flatEven against aggressive PSA – ideal for high label dispensing speeds
